Valvoline Ethyl Grey, the youngest sibling and only daughter in the Grey clan, knows the rules when it comes to alpha-human relationships - it’s fine to have a little fun, just don’t get too attached, unless you want a one-way ticket back to a homeworld that’s never been home.

Skeeter Bite Sheriff Wyatt Campbell is as easygoing as they come, but even he has his limits. At first, he thought Vee wanted to keep their romance under wraps to protect him from a butt-kicking from one - or all - of her six brawny older brothers. Since they seem to like him well enough, that can hardly be the case.

Now, he just has to convince his commitment-shy girlfriend to take a chance. She already has his heart. Why not his ring?

A woman raised among oblivious humans in a super-secret alien colony in Alienn, Arkansas, should know better than to have a super-secret love affair with a human, let alone a sheriff. But strong-willed Valene is all too weak when it comes to a certain tall, blond, and utterly scrumptious lawman.

Although he comes to her family’s aid when they need him most and vows to keep the secret from other humans that aliens live among them, Valene is determined to sacrifice her love for Wyatt’s greater good.

Wyatt has other plans.

I enjoyed this entire series of aliens mixing and mingling with unsuspecting humans. each set of characters had their own personalities. these books are definitely ones to play over and over.
if there were more brothers the author could write additional books, hint hint

delightful series

Now this one really is a forbidden love story. Aliens and Humans are not allowed to date, unless they want to move back to Alpha prime. Of course that doesn’t stop Valene from wanting sheriff Wyatt. The narrator brings their love to life beautifully as well as all the action when Wyatt steps up and saves her family from disaster.

I absolutely loved this book. I was kind of disappointed in the last one but that is the only one I havent loved. This one definitely more than made up for it.

Very Good Comeback.

This series has been fun even if there are repetitive story lines. But this one placed one of its big crisis moments with a manipulative human lying about the main female characters love interest. These Aliens are supposed to be able to read human minds and the author showed this skill earlier in the book. Some aliens are great at it others not so much but when you have a crisis moment with a human you have asked to help hunt fugitives because of his tracking skills and you have already seen this other female character try to exert influence by lying earlier in the story about said tracker, when she shows up again telling tales why aren’t they reading her mind? Why aren’t they reading his? Such a lazy approach to crafting drama is not appreciated. There is no reason for jealousy, over-reaction and doubt when you can find your brother, who is really good at it, and clear up this problem in a minute. Don’t give the aliens this ability if they are not going to use it in a crisis situation. Especially security obsessed aliens. It makes all of them look like buffoons. Disappointing.

Inconsistent skill set, false drama
