Publisher's summary

Tia Monroe was smart, sassy, and successful. Sure, she could get a little crazy at times - life around Tia was never boring - but that was part of her appeal. And while she didn't see herself as classically beautiful, she had no shortage of options in the boyfriend department. She just hadn't found one who held her interest.

Until she laid eyes on Eric Larsson, and then it was lust at first sight. He packed the perfect mix of smoldering sexy and unapologetic cool into his blond-haired, blue-eyed, ridiculously hot six-foot-four frame. One smile from him was enough to twist her insides, making her girlie bits tingle in the most delicious way. But it wasn't just his looks; he was smart and funny - charming in the most a-dork-able way.

The only problem was...

Tia had never actually met him.

Eric Larsson was one of Hollywood's hottest movie stars, rising to the top of his game and leaving a trail of disintegrated panties in his wake. Tia's were no exception - but she wasn't delusional. Love, marriage, and happily ever after were not part of her fantasy; she just wanted to meet him. Just one time. One time. Confident that just seeing him in the flesh would get him out of her system.

So, with her resolve steeled, Tia set off on a quest to make it happen while avoiding her mug shot being splayed across the five o'clock news.

The journey no doubt will make for one hell of a story.

Cute laugh out loud story

I loved this book! I was looking for something light after finishing a dark book and this did not disappoint. This book literally had me laughing out loud. I really enjoyed the character of Tia and found her relatable (probably because I'm a bit crazy myself). Tia's journey to meet her number one crush kept me engaged the entire time. I also grew to really like some of the supporting characters (I'd love a spin off). The performance was great and Grace Grant did a fabulous job bringing Tia to life. I hope more books from this author make their way to audio.

Lies

DNF There were just too many unnecessary lies told right from the start. It got tiresome a third of the way through so I gave up

Dead Set Laugh Out Loud Book

My first T Gephart book ever and I really enjoyed it very much, I honestly did laugh out loud on several occasions.
Grace Grant did a great job with Tia and all the other characters, my only issue was that she did make Eric sound a little dopey(speaking very slowly, word for word) on several occasions. When in fact he was funny and sexy as sin, either way I really enjoyed this very much and I look forward to more books by this author.

Ugh

Couldn't finish it. Poor plot, annoyingly aweful characters. I do not recommend this book at all.

SEXY SWOONY & HILARIOUS Hollywood Star fantasy come true!

You all know my Achilles heel for Hollywood romances right? Well I found another hidden gem in this HYSTERICAL light hearted romantic comedy.

It’s about Tia Monroe, a sassy NYC columnist and SUPER fan (understatement) of Eric Larsson, THE A-list Hollywood heartthrob. Tia gets a bug up her butt and decides on a whim to crash a premier party in Los Angeles to see him. She’s convinced that she just needs to meet Eric once to curb her obsession. What follows is freak-show of fangirl dreams fulfilled, throw in with awkward calamity, banter, sexy-times, and swoons.

“I don’t know how we got here or where we’re going, but I know I want it to be with you. “

Tia’s character is so freaking amusing!!! Her sarcasm is off-the-charts funny.
And her lack of brain-to-mouth filter is my favorite thing about her! Trust me, after reading this, I think we all need a Tia in our life.

I listened to the audio book version of this book (yay Romance Package!) and I couldn’t hold back the giggles. It’s told all in Tia’s POV. The narrator, Grace Grant, does a fabulous job in bringing out the silliness, humor, and endless sarcasm of Tia’s character. Her “male voice” for Eric’s dialogue was good. It wasn’t distracting or exaggerated.

This story gave me the happy sweet feels akin to what I felt after I watched “10 Things I Hate About You”. It’s definitely a fun Hollywood Star Romance to get lost in!! This is also the first time I’ve read/listened a book by T. Gephart, and it won’t be the last.

If you’re looking for a light-hearted, comical, yet super swoony story, listen to this one!

This book is crazy!

After about 45 minutes I was ready to turn it off because the woman was going on and on like a school girl about a celebrity. She sounded completely crazy. But what kept me listening was how funny the story was. That character said some pretty hilarious things. This book is basically a fantasy I bet a lot of people have and I’m glad I listened all the way through. You’ll definitely have some laughs!

Lie explodes

Here's the plot (no spoilers) She tells a lie when she meets him. It isn't even a big lie. You spend most of the book waiting for what you know is going to happen. The male character is crush worthy but the female just makes dumb choices. I would rate the steaminess as more than simmering since there was more sex than plot. I was disappointed in this purchase.

Only if you want a good laugh

I love this one. I laughed out loud more then I have in a long time. Got this one with the Romance package. Thinking about buying it so I can replay over and over.

GREAT FUN ROM-COM

OK I'll say it, Tia Monroe is Bonkers, absolutely out of her tree.

Who flies from New York to L.A, fakes an invite, sneaks her way into a premier to meet her crush just to prove he's not all she built him up to be, to prove he's just not all that and hopefully be rid of her obsession? Tia Monroe of course. And did it work?..... Nah

Tia meets her movie star crush Eric Larsson and her plan backfires when he asks her out and from here on out Tia's adventure begins.

“Wow, it’s almost midnight.”
“Do you turn into a pumpkin at midnight?” His lips twisted in amusement, a waft of his cologne assaulting my nose.

Do not sniff him, I reminded myself. That would be bad.

I listened to this In audio and for once had to slow it down, I could tell with the narrator that Tia was the type of person who talked a mile a minute, it suited her character, putting foot to mouth that sort of thing but sometimes I couldn't tell if it was Tia talking to herself or to someone else, she talked to herself a lot working out her thoughts, like I said Bonkers.

Crush is refreshing, funny, hot, with swoon-worthy moments and I loved it!

If your looking for a rom-com that hits all the right spots then this is it. I am looking forward to reading Eric's friend Ryan's story next.

This was good.

I really was enjoying it when a twist ratcheted up the tension.

I collapsed in a heap after I finished it.

Hilarious

This book was hilarious. The characters had great banter with each other. The main female character Tia had great conversations with herself in her mind that were laugh out loud funny. The joke played on Tia by Eric at the end of the book was a bit mean but Ryan - the best friend saved the day. He was a great additional character. The narration was perfect Grace Grant did a fantastic job of bringing Tia's crazy to life.
