『注文の多い料理店』は、1924年（大正13年）９作品を収めた短編集『注文の多い料理店』の表題作。二人の青年紳士が猟に出て路に迷い、入ったレストランで経営者から逆にとんでもない注文されてしまう話で、都会文明に対する賢治の痛烈な批評精神をあらわした作品。
