自分でも多くの不思議な体験があるそうだが、妹が体験した出来事もとても気味悪く記憶しているという。四つ年下の妹がまだ小学生の時のことだ。
ある夏の晩半べそをかきながら息せき切って帰ってきたので家族中びっくりしたのだそうだが、何があったか尋ねると……。
その日習い事の帰り道、妹はウォークマンで好きな音楽を聴きながら自転車で帰宅途中、近所の公園に差し掛かったあたりで急に音楽が止まってしまい、自転車を停めた。
