Yvonne Parker

Yvonne Parker is enjoying an early morning hack through the fields on the outskirts of Shaftesbury in Dorset, with her horse Toby, when they discover a dead body. Jewellery is strewn on the ground, and the identity of the body is unknown. Who is the man who appears in the field? Is he involved in the crimes? Yvonne and Toby have stumbled across a tragedy which will reveal more about her home town and friends than Yvonne could ever imagine.

Yvonne Parker is enjoying a lovely evening riding through the Dorset countryside with friends and their horses. They are exploring a new route, travelling from Shaftesbury to the nearby village of Semley where they are planning to stop for dinner at the pub, when a scream stops everybody in their tracks. Somebody has been attacked, and the local people rush to help, pouring out of the pub and running from their houses in the direction of the person in need of their help.
