That means they are in it for themselves, that they want and need to see themselves as your superior and that they will do some evil things to you to maintain that illusion. It’s simply who and what they are, and you cannot change them.

A breakup or divorce is stressful and complicated. Feeling hurt after a divorce or breakup is normal. As time goes by, the pain and wound might heal. But it is easier said than done. Acceptance should come first before anything else. Don’t be in a hurry. Take your time. You will be a different version of yourself in the future.
