I am a multidimensional being. I am made of light and love. I am part of the universe and connected to everyone, there is no space or time, only thoughts and memories. Now is my life. This moment with each keystroke I am creating my life.

I am going to change my life. I am in control of my thoughts and actions. I can change my thoughts and actions to make the life of my dreams a reality.

Today, right now I start to write my story and to connect with my higher self, connect to the little girl I once was and still am and rediscover my true self and my true purpose.

My health

My health is in my hands. God our creator, the source, wants me to live a healthy life to fulfill my potential. I need my mind and body to work in harmony to create the best house for my spirit so that it can radiate. Your body is a temple is the truest expression. With my body I am able to interact with the world, feel, sense, and experience the outer world. With my eyes I can take in the vibrancy of the world.

I will seek out a healthy balanced lifestyle to experience life without compromising my health. I am always conscious of this balance through my daily mantra.

I am health, I am light, I am present inside my body. I love my body. My mind and body work in harmony, my spirit is safe inside glowing constantly recharging.

Every night when I sleep I heal my body from my daily interactions. When I dream I visit the places I am meant to and hear the messages that will guide me to be my truest self. When I sleep my body flows with electricity. Currents and waves of energy fields to soothe my organs and clean my blood which runs through my veins carrying messages from the universe moving them throughout me.

Every night when I dream, I am safe. I am protected. I am connected to my past present and future all at once. Simetainsuly all of my dimensions are working together to untangle and bring closer our truth and knowing. A support system, which gives the mind peace and strength for the new day to come.

My Spirit

My spirit is ever-evolving. My spirit is the glue that binds all facets of myself together, a constant push and pull to help guide me in the right direction if I listen. I do listen. I check in with my spirit, I thank my spirit for always being with me. My spirit never judges me. My spirit loves me unconditionally because it is me and it is forgiving and wants growth and movement. My spirit is like a mother to child, the child being my thoughts. My spirit wants to help soothe my thoughts but I must ask for help. I need to never forget that my spirit will put any uneasy thoughts to rest with a gentle hug – and will remind myself:

You are light, Trust, and Trust in yourself and your purpose.

There is no reason to fear.

My love

My love is mine, and we are always connected. We have always been connected in dreams, in thoughts, in feelings, when you see a sunset. When I feel joy or sadness. We are always connected subconsciously to offer support and love, forever and ever, through each life cycle.

My love is mine, and I his. I must embrace this truth.

This truth sets me free. This truth puts ego aside, This truth fills me with love and light. The light shines through any part I am ashamed of, clearing the way for more love to fill any voids or darkness. I need to just call out to my love at any moment of confusion or worry, to receive immediate love sent to me....
