安娜：哎，没办法。我就老是在想：当时怼回她们一句，给她们点颜色看看。

张丽：哈哈，那现在是在脑子里自己在和自己吵架，很伤神的。你知道怎么防止内耗吗？要不，你就当时怼回去，要不，你就当她们放了一个屁，不用理她们。这样不会“内耗”。

安娜：嗯，你说的对，不然越想越难受。算了算了！

张丽：我们不是有句话说：别和这种人一般见识！ 也就是说：狗咬了你，难道你还要咬回去？
