It is really common for women in business wearing all the different hats to feel this way and it’s important to recognise why and work on this. When it comes to relationships, it’s important to make sure you are with the right person who is adding o your life, not taking from it or holding you back from the right people. Social media presence and posting content is constantly changing and it is so hard to keep up so the best thing you can do is be your authentic self and do what feels good. Money mindset is a struggle for so many people so don’t feel alone in this and be sure to educate yourself, read books, listen to podcasts and start filling your mind with positive affirmations about money.
