In this week’s episode, we are joined with Samuel Lonsdale who is a personal trainer who specialises in helping his clients build a healthy relationship with themselves and with food. After struggling for years with an unhealthy behaviour with foods, Sam’s past experience has turned into a passion and now his business where he strives to help people love their body, heal their relationship with themselves and feel better in their own skin.

Yaz and Sam have been friends for years and although they met back in their party era, they always had a wholesome side to them. They always find themselves amidst deep conversations in each others company. Sam went on Ex On The Beach and shares how much growth he has gone through and now his mission is to help people through the work he does as a PT.

Sam shares how man don’t often speak up about how they feel and fall into the trap of comparison. They showcase a front to the outside world without getting in touch with how they truly feel. It’s important to have people around you who help you feel seen, heard and understood who you can trust and this is something Sam takes us on a deep dive into.

From his younger years, through growth, surrounding himself with the right people to experimenting with psychedelics, Sam shares everything in this episode!
