In this episode, I’m sharing the 10 things I would want you to know if you feel like you’re failing in your business, your parenting, your goals, your habits, your marriage, or just in life. This episode is me telling you the truth: money can be a trigger, but it’s rarely the root. The root is what your nervous system learned about safety, support, control, receiving, and worth. In this episode I share the 10 things I want you to know if money feels heavy, scary, or shameful. I talk about how we use money the same way we use food sometimes, as a regulator. I talk about why “more money” doesn’t automatically create peace, and why some people have plenty and still live in fear. And I talk about how you can rewire this relationship so you can look at your numbers without collapsing into shame. Because the goal isn’t perfection. The goal is leadership. The goal is being the kind of woman who can face the truth, stay steady, and make empowered decisions even when it’s uncomfortable. Because your brain on factory settings will always choose safety and smallness over truth and what’s actually possible. It pulls from the past to predict the future.
