How to BE and RAISE a truly confident woman.

This podcast was inspired by my daughter Quinn, who asked me when she was 9 yo “Mom, can we do woman lessons?” It allowed me to reflect and ask myself what type of woman am I modeling for her to follow?

In today's world, women face a constant battle with comparison and self criticism. 90% of women don’t love their bodies. 46% of woman have criticized themselves once before 9:30. This is not ok, this is not something I want to model for my daughter nor have any other woman struggle with-this takes away our power.

Woman Lessons is designed to leave you feeling empowered and we will explore ways that together as women, we can learn to look inward and upward for our validation- because that is where true confidence is found.

You will learn to love yourself and lean on god, so you can confidently raise the next generation of leaders.

In this podcast you will hear from high-performing women on how to silence the self-critic, balance all your roles as a woman, the lessons they learned the hard way, and how they are living in their potential today, so you can do the same!

You will leave knowing who you are, having a greater confidence in your divine calling as a mother and find more self-compassion as a high performing woman.

Welcome to Woman Lessons.

  • Ep. 53 Charlie Kirk Assassination: What Does This Mean For Us And What We Do With It?
    Sep 16 2025

In this heartfelt conversation, Traci Peterson and Azita Wilson reflect on the recent tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, exploring its implications for society, motherhood, and faith. They discuss the importance of standing up for truth, the spiritual battle between good and evil, and the need for emotional resilience in the face of adversity. The dialogue emphasizes the significance of raising the next generation with strong values and the power of prayer and community support in navigating difficult times.

After this podcast was recorded. God woke me up 3 am and said to gather together and talk about this. Unify. So we did. In less than 24 hours we had a candlelight vigil in remembrance of Charlie Kirk. See instagram highlight bubble. • Women in Leadership w/ April Diaz
    Sep 9 2025

If you’ve ever felt like your worth is tied to how much you achieve—or that leadership is just one more weight on your already overfull shoulders—this episode is for you.

In this conversation, Traci Peterson sits down with April Diaz, a holistic leadership expert, to talk about why women in leadership often feel stretched thin, undervalued, and exhausted. Together, they uncover the truth: real leadership doesn’t come from hustling harder, it comes from alignment across every part of your life.

April introduces her six-dimensional framework for holistic leadership—physical, emotional, mental, relational, spiritual, and renewal. Each dimension reveals both the pitfalls women fall into and the keys to reclaiming strength, joy, and purpose in their leadership journey.

You’ll hear them unpack why physical well-being is foundational (yes, even hydration and breath work), how stress sneaks in and sabotages your confidence, and why so many women still struggle to be assertive in leadership roles. They also shine a light on the biblical word “Azer”—a reminder that leadership is not about doing it all alone, but about strength and partnership.

By the end, you’ll be reminded that leadership isn’t reserved for titles or positions. Every woman is leading somewhere—whether in her home, her career, or her community—and small intentional changes can unlock profound transformation.

  • Ep. 51 Hormone Havoc: Am I in perimenopause?
    Sep 2 2025

Are you tired of feeling like your body is betraying you—foggy brain, mood swings, what used to work to maintain your weight/body composition isn't working anymore or that sense of “something’s off” that no one seems to take seriously? In this episode, Traci Peterson sits down with Tasha to uncover what most women are never told about navigating perimenopause and menopause.

They dive into why so many women are misdiagnosed—or worse, dismissed—and how hormone replacement therapy can be a game-changer when approached proactively. You’ll hear Tasha’s raw and honest story of moving from exhaustion and disconnection to renewed energy, clarity, and even a deeper intimacy in her marriage through hormone therapy.

This conversation is a reminder that suffering is not your only option. You don’t have to settle for “normal” when optimal is available. If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s more to health than just pushing through, this episode will equip you to recognize early signs of hormonal shifts, advocate for your body, and step into a new season of strength, vitality, and freedom.
