  • "Figure Out Where You DO Have Power" — A Conversation with the Tenth Amendment Center's Mike Maharrey
    Dec 10 2025

I speak again with Mike Maharrey, National Communications Director for the Tenth Amendment Center.

In a world where it often seems that politicians and government agents are free to violate our rights with no consequences to themselves, I ask Mike whether he thinks we have any power at all to protect those rights.

We talk about the Constitutional right of states to refuse to cooperate with Federal law; examples of localities doing just that; strategies the 10th Amendment Center is working on; how he thinks the recently enacted Federal restrictions on hemp products will play out; and most importantly... building local community.

The Tenth Amendment Center is here, and the State of the Nullification Movement is here.

You can find Mike on X.

"Money Metals", for which Mike is an analyst and reporter, is here.

And Harry Browne's book, "How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World" is here.

  • Dr. Jessica Rose, on the paper that could—or could not?—bring down the Covid vax makers
    Oct 12 2025

A little over a week ago, I spoke with Kevin McKernan about the paper he co-authored with Jessica Rose and David Speicher, looking at DNA contamination, including SV40 promoter-enhancer sequences, in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid vaccines. In that episode, I asked Kevin whether the paper is enough to demonstrate fraud on the part of the vaccine manufacturers. This is important, because if fraud can be shown, these companies lose their protection from legal liability.

In this episode, I speak with Dr. Jessica Rose about the paper. She explains what is needed to prove fraud, and why that is challenging, but also explains why there is a strong case for it. We also talk about the corrupt nature of the justice system, her own calculation of VAERS underreporting, and the preprint by Kevin McKernan that had just come out, showing "Hyperstimulatory N⁶-methyladenine (m6A) in residual SV40 plasmid DNA in mRNA vaccines"—and possibly more evidence of fraud.

We also talk a little about the meaning of life, and Jessica's cat shows up near the end.

    Again, the paper is here.

Jessica's lay-person write-up of the paper is here.

You can find Jessica on Substack, and on X.

I spoke with Jessica back in May, about self-amplifying RNA.

And my episode with Kevin, about the DNA contamination, is here.

I thought better of Gar Alperovitz than to allow this attitude to be associated with him.
