  • Spencer Pratt Demands Answers From Gavin Newsom on Pacific Palisades Fire Relief Money
    Aug 12 2025

The Pacific Palisades fires started January 7, 2025 of this year and they were catastrophic. One of the biggest cities in the United States lost homes and entire neighborhoods. Millions of dollars were raised at concerts and charity events for fire victims. According to Spencer Pratt, none of it has reached the people who lost everything. His wife Heidi Montag is also part of the lawsuit, joining other victims in demanding answers.

    WHERE IS THE MONEY?

Spencer Pratt is showing charitable organizations that were founded after the fires or existed before and still received fire money. He is calling out Governor Gavin Newsom and asking why groups that do not seem connected to fire relief are getting millions of dollars while victims get nothing. There are parallels to the Maui fires, where celebrities raised money, but victims still did not receive help.

Investigations into the lack of water to fire hydrants have gone quiet. After Spencer posts about missing reports and unanswered questions, websites and documents disappear. The Pacific Palisades community is left with burned-out homes, broken promises, and no sign of the millions meant to rebuild their lives.

Spencer Pratt is pushing for answers, uncovering details that many would prefer stay hidden, and the victims of the Pacific Palisades fires are still waiting to see the money they were promised.

  • What Are Punitive Damages and How Accident Victims Got Billions
    Aug 5 2025

Why is Suits so popular? Is it the legal strategy, the drama, or just Harvey Specter being a stud? Legal shows aren’t anything like real life, but real legal drama is more compelling than fiction. The Karen Read trial proves that.

We break down real cases with massive verdicts. From the $50 million Starbucks tea burn to the GM gas tank explosion, the Ford Pinto, the drone footage that helped win a $70 million case, and more. We talk about what it takes to prove negligence, how companies try to hide evidence, and why punitive damages exist.

You’ll learn what happens when depositions go off script, when jurors deliver surprising outcomes, and what happens when lawyers end up in the upside-down world. This is what real legal work looks like.

Plus, a quick Karen Read update and one attorney’s unforgettable smart water moment in court.

    We are talking:

    • Starbucks tea burn for $50 million

  • Bryan Kohberger Pleads Guilty But Was It Justice or Strategy (Idaho 4 Trial)
    Jul 29 2025

There’s been a lot happening since our last podcast but the big one is Bryan Kohberger’s guilty plea in the Idaho 4 murders. This is the plea deal heard round the world.

We talk through why some of the families are calling it a betrayal while others see it as closure. What does it really mean to get four consecutive life sentences without parole in a maximum security state prison and is that justice or just legal strategy.

We share thoughts on survivor’s guilt the emotional toll of a trial and what this means for the prosecutors in a smaller community office. We also get into what judges can and can’t do with plea deals and the difference between a good legal outcome and what feels fair to a victim’s family.

The internet is full of wild comments and conspiracy theories and we even talk about whether searching murder online means anything. Did the two other survivor victims have anything to do with the murders?

Plus a quick update on the Karen Read trial and why a former prosecutor is throwing the judge under the bus in interviews

Leave early, slow down, and we’ll see you next time
