I would give 10 stars if audible would allow, but will settle for 5. This show can benefit anyone who listens to it regardless of role in an operation. I am not a tech in the field anymore but have picked up so much that has helped me along the way in my position. Great show. I am constantly sharing this to my peers and getting great feedback from those that listen. Keep em coming!

This is the podcast I’ve always wanted, but didn’t think existed. I met with one of my guys for a 1 on 1 a couple months back, and he mentioned this great podcast he’d found called “Waste No Day,” he was excited about it, and started describing what he was learning. I got out of there, and hunted down this podcast. —We live in polarizing times, and common ground (the middle) can be very difficult to find —in the trades you generally have techs that are either service above everything, or sales above everything. Saying that both things are important and necessary is an uncommon opinion. It’s refreshing to listen to guys that emphasize both. It’s also pure delight to hear Brian and Nate pushing each guest to skills practice. I’ve heard a thousand different versions of why roll-playing or skills practice isn’t authentic, real, comfortable, or necessary —the truth is that if you want to be good at something you’ve gotta’ practice. Getting outside of yourself and listening to how another tech approaches something is how you grow. Sometimes you don’t even realize there’s a better way to do something until you hear it. This is a great podcast for hearing it. 10/10. Keep it up. Waste no day. :)
