    Jun 18 2025

‘Upheaval’ is a troubling word, especially when applied to leadership transitions, do you agree? “Upheaval” leaves people anxious, unsettled, fearful and maybe even terrified. “Upheaval” characterizes a time of anarchy and mayhem.
