  • Rage & Reps: Rebuild Yourself After Betrayal with Healing Journal and Movement with K.J. Risley (Episode #143)
    Jan 8 2026
Dr. Lynn Hellerstein of Vision Beyond Sight speaks with K.J. Risley or Kellie, a divorced mom and the author of “Rage & Reps, a 30-Day movement and healing journal for women rebuilding after betrayal,” to talk about helping women use Rage & Reps as a starting point to clear their minds, move their bodies, and rise stronger after betrayal. When Kellie’s ex-husband had an affair, she turned to journaling and movement as an outlet for her rage. While she was a natural when it comes to working out, she discovered that journaling wasn’t as easy or straightforward. As she navigated through her journey, she realized that women who experienced heartbreak and betrayal like her could benefit from a similar program, a healing journal combined with movement (and more!) that provides prompts and routines to help disentangle the confused mind and destress the tense body. And so Rage & Reps was born. K.J. inspires women who experienced life-altering pain and heartbreak especially those in their midlife. It’s not your fault that you were betrayed. Forgive yourself and be empowered. In your journey forward, you will have to choose your hard: Do you want a pity party or create a life where you can succeed? How do you start perfectly? You don’t. Start simple and start messy. Start releasing that rage and doing those reps, and you’ll surely be on the way to recovery.
