This can affect anyone in the world, including you. In this episode, Lemar & Esmeralda tackle this topic, talking about how mental illnesses are often overlooked and disregarded even today. Even with their personal culture, often it is not acknowledged enough. They further discuss the gender norms regarding mental illness, suicide, and the detrimental effects this can inflict to an individual if not treated.
