Permission to Advertise a public hearing at the March 12, 2026 Business Meeting on a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 165 of the Township Zoning Code to provide definitions, zoning districts, general regulations and parking standards relating to data centers.

    F. Resolution No 2026-6 – Montco 2040 Grant Application- Town Center Road Right of Way and Lighting Project. Adoption of Resolution No 2026-6 authorizing the submission of a $250,000 grant application under Montgomery County’s Vision 2040 Implementation Grant Program (Montco 2040) for the Town Center Road Right-of-Way & Pedestrian Lighting Project.

Extension of the EMS Fellowship Agreement between the University of Pennsylvania Health System’s (UPH) Department of Emergency Medicine and Upper Merion Township providing clinical training experiences for UPH’s residents participating the Emergency Medical Services Program Fellowship until June 30, 2031.
    3. Neuman & Associates Consulting Agreement – Approval of a consultant fee increase with Neuman & Associates for continued consulting services related to mixed use, sport and entertainment development in the Township per the terms of the agreement.
    4. Supplemental Budget Appropriations:
    a. Increase to Account #18-400-07403 (UMGA TV Equipment) in the amount of $43,500.00 from 2025 Verizon Grant Money.
    b. Increase to Account #18407-07903 in the amount of $2,200.00 to replace computer equipment from 2025 Verizon Grant Money.
    5. Capital Equipment Lease/Purchase – Authorization to lease/purchase the following vehicles and Capital Equipment through any state/Costars contract or Government Leasing Program:
