The lawsuit filed against the Loudoun County Sheriff's Department in Virginia last year by UFO whistleblower and former U.S. Air Force officer David Grusch was dismissed this week by a circuit court judge. Grusch filed the suit because he believed the department’s decision to hand over documents related to a 2018 incident in which Grusch was involuntarily detained in a psychiatric facility for a mental health emergency to a reporter was illegal. Officials from the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community - after Grusch had gone public with claims that the Pentagon was covering up UFO crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs from the public - told reporter Ken Klippenstein about the 2018 incident. Klippenstein then filed Freedom of Information Act papers to obtain the documents, and used them to write a hit piece about Grusch. Also, the story of Argentinian Air Force Captain Hugo F. Niotti’s incredible 1960 UFO encounter is recalled. Niotti was driving from Yacanto to Cordoba in October 1960 when he saw a cone-shaped UFO hovering above a field in broad daylight, so he stopped his car and snapped a photo of it.

A recent article written by UFO investigator Dustin Slaughter provides details on a new report released by the Federal Aviation Administration that documents a 2023 incident in Florida where several military witnesses saw a large, cigar-shaped object at the Avon Park Air Force Range. Also, a discussion on some of the comments received in relation to the previous podcast that involved a Canadian man’s nightmarish experiences over the past five years with apparent non-human intelligent visitors. A Canadian man reached out to the podcast recently to discuss his ongoing encounters with non-human intelligent beings. “Joe,” a pseudonym, said several years ago he tried CE-5 meditation in an effort to cure his deafness. Joe had watched a documentary film that featured a deaf man who, after a CE-5 meditation, said his hearing was restored and that he no longer needed hearing aids. Joe, who also is partially deaf, decided then he would try CE-5 to see if he could be helped. The cure Joe hoped for never came. Instead, he's been getting visited three or four times per week for the past five years by apparent alien creatures in his bedroom, and he doesn't know what they want from him.
