After over 30 years connected to the military, finishing my bachelor’s degree at 52 years old, and spending 13 years at the same rank, I started asking myself some real questions:

• When is it time to move on?
• When do we accept reality versus chasing expectations?
• How do you know when you’ve done your part?

This isn’t a pity party.
This isn’t a cry for help.
