    Trail to 100 is excited to announce the creation of the Bear River Trail Race, set for July 12th of 2025. This race features a 10k, half marathon, and 17 mile distance that takes you along the Bear River and the beautiful Wyoming Landscape. With well groomed trails and minimal elevation this race is perfect for beginner trail runners.

    Melody and Jacob discuss the creation of the race and give the details of their experience of becoming race directors.

    The couple also provides personal training updates, reflecting on their experiences as parents and how it affects their running routines. They emphasize the importance of listening to one's body, having fun with training, and the value of community in the running world.

    Jacob announces that he is running the Wyoming Range 100 this August. He gives the details of why he chose this race and how he plans to train and run it.
