In this episode, Matt and Andrew tackle a deceptively simple question: Is the Fraternity losing its mystery? A conversation about photos in lodge unfolds into a deeper reflection on initiation, presence, and the unintended cost of constant visibility.

You can describe a thunderstorm forever, but standing in one is different. Degrees are designed to be thunderstorms. Social media has a way of flattening thunderstorms into JPEGs.

They explore how overexposure can dilute ritual, how images can be misused outside their context, and why some experiences are powerful precisely because they are lived rather than shared.

Social media is a great tool, we should use it, but it needs to be circumscribed.

Philosophy, humor, and a healthy respect for the unknown await.

Because not everything meaningful needs a camera.
