    If you're a woman over 40, you may have already noticed that your body isn't reacting to alcohol the way it used to - maybe you can't drink as much as you used to, it may be giving you headaches, hangovers are worse or maybe it's ruining your sleep.

    In today's episode we talk specifically about how it affects weight loss - and if you are on a weight loss journey over 40 and do still want to have alcohol as part of your lifestyle, we discuss how to best do that.

    I also share with you a bit of my personal story of how I broke up with alcohol 3.5 years ago on my 48th birthday. Alcohol was a very regular part of my lifestyle for many years, and I was finally able to eliminate it completely. I share with you why I quit drinking and exactly how I did it.
