Making a normal season 2 didn't exactly fit right. We were tired of the same 'ole same 'ole. So you know what that means, IT'S RE-BOOT TIME! Welcome back to the Worst podcast presented by The Worst Critics. In this series we will be analyzing and reviewing movies and their respective retellings/remakes/reboots. Each episode will release every two weeks.

You like it, we probably hate it. Self described critics, John and Noah, discuss movies and reboots of said movies. Opinions and hot takes aplenty.

Original series is about us reviewing a movie and a corresponding album after catching up on the week's news and consumption.

  • Re-Boot or De-Boot? Ep. 12: La Piscine & A Bigger Splash
    Nov 5 2025

Raging current or tepid drips? Is the older film too draining and the new one too irresistible? Or is the old one nuanced and the new one an ill-fated fling? Join us as we take a dive under the surface of the erotic movie genre and bask in the heat.

Join us in THREE weeks, yes, three, not two, THREE weeks when we review A Star is Born (1937), its 50s version and its 70s version. Don't worry, we've seen the Cooper/Gaga version.

  • Re-Boot or De-Boot? Ep. 10: Sabrina
    Oct 7 2025

    Sabrina Fair,

    Thou art a great movie

Under a quick witted, cool screenplay

But which version was the solid, smart, and sharp suitor and which one was the vapid, foolish, and overly simple suitor? Who was the David and who was the Linus? Did we have as wonderful a time as Sabrina did or were we left out to dry like Elizabeth was? Listen now to find out our choice of bachelor... I mean movie.

Join us in two weeks when we review Rebecca (1940) and its 2020 remake!

  • Re-Boot or De-Boot? Ep. 9: The Invisible Guest & Confession
    Sep 23 2025

We loved both. No, we hated both. Hold on, we hated one and loved the other. I misremembered, we just loved one and hated the other. Actually, I lied, we loved them both. But really, we hated them both. Confession was definitely a certified reboot. Wait, it was totally a deboot. John enjoyed Confession more, or was it The Invisible Guest? Or was that Noah who said that? Did we even agree on our assessment? Which train of thought is the real one? Which one did we appreciate more? Was either one even a reboot? Did we watch them at all? All I know is we clearly liked the one with the blue color palette.

Join us next time as we talk about Sabrina (1954) and Sabrina (1995)!
