"Hey Prachi Katihar. Your journey is a compelling blend of speed, stillness and strength. As a national university sprinter and a certified yoga therapist, you represent both the power of movement and the importance of mindfulness. In a world where physical fitness is often glorified but mental health is sidelined, how do you use your platform to change the narrative? Specifically, how do you believe movement, whether through sprinting or yoga, can become a tool not just for physical transformation, but an emotional resilience and mental being healing?"

"Hi Dr. Pratibha. Honestly, your journey is super inspiring. From being a dental surgeon to stepping into the world of acting, politics, athletics and even MTV roadies. It's like you have lived multiple lifetimes in one. I would love to ask you. With so many diverse roles and identities you balance. How do you stay grounded and align with your purpose? Also, is there any one role that truly feels like home to you? The one that brings you the most joy or peace."

"Once you look at someone, it's very hard to figure out whether they are mentally fit. I mean, there are days where I am have a very positive attitude towards life and then there are days where I am really, really burnt out. But whereas when you look into physical fitness, you say, yes, if he muscles or if he has certain fat percentage or if he consumes these many grams of protein, or if he looks this certain way, he is considered fit."

"And that is, what has motivated you to pursue such a dynamic and diverse career trajectory? And how do you navigate the personal and professional challenges that come with wearing so many hats? Furthermore, how do your experiences in health care and fitness inform your approach to politics and public engagement? Especially when it comes to youth motivation, mental health and women's empowerment in India today? Since you balance out so many roles so effortlessly, getting to know about this from you would be a great answer."

"Hello, Dr. Pratibha Singh. First of all, I just want to say it's truly inspiring to see someone like you who wears so many hats and so confidently. Doctor, cosmetologist, athlete, actor, politician, and even a roadies contestant. It really shows your passion and dedication across different fields. I would love to know, how do you balance such a dynamic lifestyle? Was there a turning point in your journey where you felt, yes, I can do it all?"

"Good evening ma' am as someone who's been part of MTV Roadies the reality show there is always a lot of so called hatred that people or animosity that people contestants have within between each other right from two teams you there's all they always showcase us form of animosity a form of almost negative competition so once the my question to you would be that once the show is done what do you still carry on that negative competition and that animosity or is all of this just done to boost the TPR of the show and how does that dynamic emotional dynamic work between you as a contestant on a reality show and you seeing the same person not on set but maybe for just a gathering a social gathering so how does that emotional dynamic work Keeping in mind that what you see what you show on the show is seen by a lot of people so their perspective their thoughts also will be considered right when you show social gathering so how does that work that social dynamic."
