She discusses the myth that motivation alone can sustain personal growth and highlights the necessity of creating systems and processes to maintain progress. Rachel introduces three key habits for success: deciding once to reduce decision fatigue, utilizing the minimum effective dose to stay on track even on tough days, and taking action regardless of current feelings.

I love Rachel.....found her during a turbulent time in my life and have never stopped with my Rach fixes! I am trying Palo Santo for the first time thanks to this episode! We Love You and are rooting for you too Rachel! ❤️

I am pretty much biased :-)

I really loved this episode, I’ve been listening to Rachel’s podcasts and really enjoy her energy and love of learning and sharing but always felt a niggling doubt about whether I could trust her authenticity….or whether she was just taking us along on her messy ride which might do more harm than good. After this episode I feel so relieved that I can listen without those doubts anymore and can just learn and grow by listening along - I never expected Rachel to be perfect, in fact her imperfections make her real but I now I feel I can trust her too. Thanks Rachel for putting yourself out there with your work and I will enjoy growing alongside you in all sorts or weird and wonderful ways.

Rachel Hollis is a beautiful human being. A human being who lets her wins and mistakes be seen in the limelight because she cares deeply for other humans. She risks it all and comes back time after time no matter how badly she gets beaten down. She’s helped me tremendously and so many others. She has helped so many people. Listen to the podcast if you want to grow and become a better human. Thanks Rachel!
