  • Death & Humility
    Feb 25 2026

Death is one of the most crucial parts of life and while it is painful, it is necessary for growth and newness. Jesus demonstrated death and Humilty in His posture of servanthood. This led to God exalting Him and giving Him a name above all other name. That at the name of Jesus, every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

While death is not desirable, if we allow ourselves to die to the carnal ways of the world, we will have position ourselves in a posture where God can promote and exalt us.

This death is not the physically wasting away of someone, but the ability to relinquish control over the affairs of your life to fully submit to the will and ways of Jesus Christ.

Pride hates death and Humilty because pride always wants to be the one glorified but the scripture in Matt 16:24 says:

“Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”

Serving Christ will cost us something and that's why Jesus admonishes us to carefully count the cost of being a disciple, because while it is the most important decision we will ever make, it also comes with the requirement to die to our fleshly desires and be resurrected to new life in Christ; one that is fully surrendered to Him

  • The Isolation Pt3
    Feb 18 2026

In this week's episode we looked at the lives of Saul and David and how important preparation was in their process of becoming King.

Israel out of impatience, consistently asked God for a king, ignoring the fact that God was their ultimate King, so the Lord made Saul king of Israel. It is believed that the Lord did this to teach Israel a very important lesson.

God made an example out of Saul. In Saul becoming King; he failed miserably, walked in disobedience and lost many battles. Israel soon realized that God was their ultimate king of Kings.

In the words of Benjamin Franklin, "If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail." Saul was not prepared to be king but David was. As a matter of fact, David was being trained and prepared to be king all his life without him realizing it.

Compared to Saul, David walked in humility, honored the Lord and led Israel into many victories. This shows the power of preparation. While preparation does not always feel good, it is absolutely necessary for who the Lord has called you to be.

As you listen in this week, I hope you were able to clean a thing or two and I pray it was a blessing and a reminder for you too. • The Isolation Pt2
    Feb 11 2026

In this week's episode we continue to look at isolation with more emphasis on it being a period where we get to wait well.

Many times we are so eager to 'go' and 'do' when God wants us to wait. Waiting is not desirable but it is very necessary. Waiting not only prepare us but it also protects us.

During waiting, God speaks to us and instructs us on what to do and how to do it. If we are always busy we may miss His voice.

Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) reminds us: "but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount on wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

There are so many benefits that come with waiting and the Lord is expecting us to be obedient in our season of isolation and wait on His instructions.

As you listen in I pray this episode is a blessing to you. And If it is, feel free to follow and share the podcast with a family or friend. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha, I'll see you on the other side.

  • The Isolation
    Feb 5 2026

Nobody wants to go through isolation. Whether it is a God-induced isolation or an isolation based on your situation where people give up on you and leave you for dead, we can all agree that isolation does not feel good. But can I tell you that isolation (when ordained by God) is necessary for who is He is calling you to be.

Isolation is that stage in the preserving greatness when the Lord pulls you away from the crowd to prune you. Many times most of us get so used to the noise of others opinions that we have forgotten the importance of God's desires for us. We are so used to the applause of others that sometimes our motives no longer derive from a place of authenticity but from outcome. Because the Lord wants us to remain pure, He will sometimes pull us away to redirect us back to what matters.

No! Isolation is not punishment, it is actually an honor and privilege to be shut in with the Lord to learn of Him and for Him to teach us about ourselves. The Lord wants us to grow in intimate relationship with Him. He wants to build us so that He alone can get the glory. It is in the place of isolation that our spiritual senses are developed and heightened because we are now more accustomed to His voice.

Isolation, though not desirable, is a necessary step in your elevation. Think about a sling shot, in order for it to propel forward you have to pull it back. That was the analogy the Lord gave me in 2020 when it felt like I was going back to square one. But then came 2021 and I was propelled forward like never before.

If you are going through a season of God induced isolation remember that even Jesus was isolated for 40 days and 40 nights as He spent time in fasting and prayer connecting with The Father. Isolation, therefore is a season of preparation for your next level in God.

As you listen in to this week's episode, I hope it is a blessing to you as it was to me. • Stewarding Purpose Pt4
    Feb 1 2026

In this episode we continued looking at the topic 'Stewarding Purpose', highlighting the importance of understanding times and seasons.

As believers we must be vigilant to seize the opportune times (kairos moments) that the Lord will give us and not allow procrastination to become our routine.

If we fail to recognize these opportune moments we may miss out on what God is doing in the current moment and be stuck in a past encounter with Him.

One of the worst places to be is 'where God was' and not where He is currently.

As you listen to this our final episode in season 2, I pray it will be a blessing to you. And if it has, please feel free to like and share the podcast with a friend or family member. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha I'll see you on the other side.

  • Stewarding Purpose Pt3
    Jan 29 2026

This week we continue to look at the stewarding purpose with a focus on humility as an important aspect of stewarding purpose. We also emphasized the importance of being great servants if we desire to be great leaders.

Joshua served Moses with humility and never complained about his role. When Moses died, the Lord called Joshua to that leadership position. Had Joshua not prepared himself in a former season, He wouldn't have been able to function effectively when it was time for him to do so.

Similarly, David embodied humility in his call to be King. Although he was anointed to be King during his younger years, David continued tending to the sheep as a young shepherd boy. He didn't allow his anointing to get in the way of what he was currently doing. It was several years later that David was appointed to be King. But before he could sit in the palace as King he needed to be trained.

Unlike normal kings who are trained inside of a palace, David was trained right there in his field; rescuing his sheep from lions and bears. In the beginning it may have seemed pointless for a king go be trained in the field for a royal role, but with God nothing is wasted.

  • Stewarding Purpose Pt2
    Jan 23 2026

In this week's episode we continue under the topic of stewarding purpose highlighting the importance of putting our talent to good use in spite of how small and insignificant it may look. We know that once it is God who has given us our talent then it is golden. It is great, it is grand but it is not insignificant, even though it may appear that way to us initially.

God has created each and everyone of us with the capacity to do great things and so we have to rely on Him to help us walk in our callings to the best of our ability. Comparison will keep us stagnant but walking in godly confidence will help us to appreciate what the Lord has given to us and thereby bring glory to His name.

As you listen in, I pray this will bless and encourage you greatly, and if it does please feel free to like and share the podcast with someone else and be a blessing to them too. Until next time, this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha, I'll see you on the other side.

  • Stewarding Purpose
    Jan 20 2026

In this week's episode, we looked at Stewarding Purpose. Stewardship means managing something that belongs to someone else. Jesus, as a preteen, was more excited about the knowledge he could gain from the doctors and teachers in the Temple. This was one of the ways Jesus stewarded his purpose.

Like Jesus, we are called to steward our gifts and talents to ultimately bring glory to God. As you listen in, I hope this episode is a blessing to you. And if it is, please feel free to like and share the podcast. Until next time this is the Polymath Podcast with Ms Neisha, I'll see you on the other side.
