  • Epi 288 You’re Not Their Opinion: Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs
    Apr 13 2025

Have you ever stopped to ask where your self-doubt really comes from? In this eye-opening episode of The On-Call Empath, we’re uncovering the roots of self-limiting beliefs—many of which stem from unresolved trauma, early conditioning, and a wounded inner child. For empaths, these beliefs often run deep, keeping us stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and fear of judgment.

We’ll explore how these mental patterns form, how they quietly shape your identity, and how to begin rewiring your mindset through compassion, healing, and self-trust.

Whether you're deep in your healing journey or just starting to wake up to the ways you've been playing small, this episode is a must-listen. It's time to stop living for approval and start living in alignment with who you truly are.
