  • Healing Trauma and Building Resilience: Dr. Pamela Arnell of 22ZERO
    Mar 11 2026
Tonight, on The Mark White Show, Dr. Pamela Arnell, President and CEO of 22ZERO, joins us to talk about the organization’s mission to help veterans, first responders, and their families heal from trauma. 22ZERO focuses on peer-to-peer programs and resiliency training designed to address the emotional impact of traumatic experiences. During our conversation, Dr. Arnell shares her personal journey with the organization, why she believed it was important to pursue independent academic research on the program’s success, and how that effort led to a study published by Arizona State University in August 2024. Additional studies are now in peer review, and new research is being launched through a partnership with the University of Alabama. This conversation highlights the growing effort to better understand trauma recovery and expand resources for those who have dedicated their lives to serving others.
