February carries a very different energy than January and if you’ve felt it, you’re not imagining it.

It’s been a minute and before we close the chapter on Season 5, I wanted to come back with an honest, grounded update.

2025 was a whirlwind. Being a homeschool mom of three, buying our dream home in Central Maine, expanding my business, and holding space for powerful women all at once has reshaped how I move, create, and lead. And it’s also clarified something I’ve known intuitively for a long time: consistency for the sake of output doesn’t work for me or my energy.

In this episode, I’m sharing why the podcast is shifting away from a weekly schedule, what slowing down to speed up actually looks like in my business right now, and how I’m choosing depth, resonance, and intention over pressure and performance.

This is an invitation for you to let go of what no longer fits, to stop forcing yourself into systems that drain you, and to trust that if you feel like you’re meant for more…you’re right. Expansion doesn’t come from hustle. It comes from alignment, capacity, and permission.
