February carries a very different energy than January and if you’ve felt it, you’re not imagining it.

I open up about a recent client contract ending, not from a place of failure or conflict but from mutual clarity and alignment. We talk about why not every client, project, or offer is meant to last forever, and how permission to change your mind is actually a mark of mature leadership.
