  • This episode holds a special place in my heart. Sitting down with the most wonderful kids to talk about real life, stress during sports, or just misunderstandings between them and adults was powerful. Sometimes we have to acknowledge that kids are just little people trying to understand life and they deserve to be heard. They normally do not have a person to unpack what they are feeling or ask the questions they need answers to. I am so glad they were able to express themselves and have a good time doing so!
