I went into an isolation phase and stayed there for awhile due to me finding my peace in that state. However, I knew staying there too long was unhealthy for myself.

I've always been taught the importance of serving The Lord not only in the church but also in various ministries within the church. Serving God within my church home has became an important responsibility for me. 

Growing up in my mother house, everybody got up and went to church! I never understood why I was always forced to go, but I now understand the purpose behind it. She was laying my foundation. Make sure you have laid your foundation as well. 

Be your own inspiration and then inspire someone else! 

As I end season 1, I feel as though I have been reborn again. The old Devin I used to know and the battles within is deceased and I've been brought to life as this new marvelous being. 

Throughout life we try to be there for people we love and care for, which is great  because that’s what we want to do. However, it’s important to remember that you must be your own hero first! 

This episode is a little different. I wanted to dive into a small glimpse of my own perspective on the heart of a man to give women a little insight of a man's heart and mind.
