    1. Intro: Have You Been Grain-Washed?

     Quick rundown of what the ADA and most dietitians recommend.

     The idea that we “need” grains for fiber, B vitamins, or protein.


     But is that actually true… or just good marketing?

    2. What Are Grains, Really?

     Dry, starchy seeds of grass like wheat, corn, rice, oats, barley, quinoa.

     Cheap, high-calorie, long shelf life = perfect for food companies, not for your

    health.

     Turn into glucose faster than sugar → insulin spike → fat storage.

    3. Why Grains Are Everywhere

     Heavily subsidized crops = mass production.

     Found in: bread, crackers, soy sauce, ice cream, even salad dressings.
