  • The New Fight Over Masks
    Sep 23 2025
Over the weekend, California became the first state to officially ban law enforcement officers from wearing face masks while conducting operations. By signing this law, California Governor Gavin Newsom is resisting some of President Trump's federal actions in his state, as the law applies to federal immigration agents. Some Americans fear this will worsen when California's new law takes effect in January 2026. Texas Republican Rep. Pat Fallon joins the Rundown to discuss the dangers of unmasking federal agents, the Trump administration's federal crime crackdown, and whether it has been effective in Washington, D.C.There are only six weeks left until Americans head back to the polls to vote in some high-profile state and local elections. This is a straight and simple forward for getting my morning news while on the move - it’s clear and straight to the point and a great way of getting the news on what’s happening around the country and world. Highly recommend. Especially for those of the 20-40 age range.

Simply and informative way to get my news

I don’t have time to watch the news anymore. I don’t have enough interest in liberal slanted politics of other radio broadcasts. This program is excellent, a quick summary of what I need and want. Well done!

Fantastic

I am searching for comprehensive, educational world news with a little deeper dive and a neutral perspective. It strangely seems as if the presenter is taking an antagonistic approach to conservatives and doesn't sound neutral at all. I haven't decided if I want to continue follow.

Feels a little like I'm listening to MSNBC

Stories are informative, performers are fine but the number of ads that play are ridiculous. I get tired of listening because some of the ads are as long as some of the stories. If I wanted to listen to that I would watch TV.

To many advertisements !
