    The human body is made to do 2 things: REPRODUCE and SURVIVE.

    Does this mean that the brain is either having sex or in survival mode?

    I speak with sex expert and urologist, Dr. Kelly Casperson. This women is brilliant! She works with reproductive organs for a living and now teaches women how to get what they want out of sex.

    We cover so much good stuff, including:

    • How to not get stuck in the "stress and no-sex" cycle.
    • How everyday life stressors (work, kids, relationships) are decreasing your libido
    • How stress turns off the reproductive cycle (and makes it hard to get pregnant)
    • How to take initiative to improve your sex life (which could means starting with something you have never done before)
    • We talk about goals and how it is the journey that matters.
    • Women's wandering minds during sex, why mindfulness is key, and how to get your head back in the game
    • We treat sex like it is a scarcity. It is actually plentiful, abundant.
    • Desire. Is it a thought? Is it a feeling? Is it an Action? WTH?

    Dr. Kelly Casperson is a urologist with a special interest in the miseducation of female sexuality. Through science, truth and humor, she teaches sexual education with orgasmic equality and women's empowerment at the forefront of reminding women, and their partners, that they are not broken.
