    Nikki shares her personal story of having disordered eating habits growing up, as well as how she found the courage to leave her nine-to-five job and pursue what she was truly passionate about - helping others achieve their goals through nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes.

    As a registered dietitian, Nikki discusses her approach to helping clients become more effective in their health journey. She suggests that the first step should be journaling what they're eating and why they're eating it, so that they can begin to understand their habits and start making positive changes. Additionally, she emphasizes the importance of acceptance of one's current situation before any progress can be made. Lastly, she recommends working with a registered dietitian for support and accountability as well as remembering that everyone is capable of anything if they don't give up.

    Nikki talks about the importance of accountability and support when making lifestyle changes, noting that difficulty is not necessarily bad but can make you stronger. She also encourages people to pause and reflect when faced with difficult choices or temptations, reframing negative thoughts into more positive ones. She also emphasizes the power of the Law of Attraction in creating one's reality by living in a vibration that will bring them closer to their goals.

    This podcast discusses the power of positivity and how it can help us to achieve our goals. It is much easier to be negative than positive, so it takes a lot of practice and effort to proactively stay positive. We must also remember that our actions have consequences for ourselves as well as those around us; if we are not taking care of ourselves, then we cannot take care of others either. Furthermore, bad habits become easier with practice, while good habits do too; it's important to keep this in mind when trying to make changes in order to lead a healthier lifestyle.
