About the Creator and Performer

Nell McShane Wulfhart is a journalist, author, and for the past 10 years, professional decision maker. A natural-born problem-solver and self-identified bossyboots, she invented the job of "decision coach" after a lifetime of guiding friends and family through hard choices. Now clients pay for her transformative sessions, where she helps them make good, swift decisions. New York Magazine says "she has an unvarnished warmth that lands somewhere between cool aunt and favorite camp counselor," and Forbes declared that she "brings an end to the ruminating." Raised in Philadelphia, Nell has lived in Vietnam, Ireland, and Uruguay. She currently resides in Switzerland, where she continues to coach people from all over the world. The tempo

This is the best podcast I have listened to because: the way she delivers the content. How she interviews. The conversations will make you feel like your right there in the room with them! So sad there’s only 6 episodes!

Real-life applicable wisdom nuggets

I'm not sure if I am leaving a review for the entire series or just for episode 6 (last episode) but this series was very good. The clients were all from different backgrounds, ages, countries, and walks of life. The results of the coaching were all incredibly varying/different which I found beneficial. We never know if only the best is curated for our listening pleasure from a batch of hundreds of boring fruitless encounters, but it doesn't seem like that's happening here. In this last eps 6, I thought I wasnt going to relate to the client's situation at ALL...it ended up being THE episode I needes to hear for myself. So the clients and their situations are incredibly real, and the difficult decisions they face I found quite challenging even in the hypothetical. I recommend listening to see some results of good coaching.

I wish there were more episodes :-) Fantastic, helpful, life-impacting. All the current episodes offer incredible insights that resonate, one way or the other, to every area of life. Huge fan here.

Worthe the listen!

Seriously one of the best podcasts I've ever listened to. I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Her voice is soothing, yet fun and understanding. Very informative and actually gives ways to act on an issue. I'm going to listen again when I have time to sit and take notes. I would recommend this to anyone, not just someone wanting to make a big decision.
