It’s been a very busy first week back, with five incredible guests AND we welcomed our brand new Executive Producer Alan… sorry, Aaron!

World-leading hypnotist, broadcaster and author Paul McKenna was in to chat about revamping his book ‘Change your life in 7 days’ and reminisced about the time he convinced Chris’ mate that the number 7 didn’t exist! Totally normal behaviour, obviously.

Mystic legend and friend of the show Clinton Baptiste was back to share his wild and wacky predictions for 2026. The good news? The team survives the year. Probably.

Jake Humphrey also popped in to talk about his latest book ‘Micro Habits: Tiny Changes That Supercharge High Performance’, filling the studio with positivity and motivation for the new year.

Boxing legend Prince Naseem Hamed flew into the studio on a flying carpet like the good old days…. Okay maybe not quite, but we wish he had! He joined Chris and the team to chat about new Boxing biopic ‘Giant’, and that time he knocked his opponent out in just 17 seconds.

And if pop culture is your thing, Josh Widdicombe joined us to talk about his brand-new podcast — notably hosted without Rob Beckett. We’re still checking he’s allowed to do that.
