  • Crystal gazing into next 10 years of the Indian Globetrotter story
    Mar 22 2024

In today’s episode I am going to talk about crystal gazing into next 10 years and finding out where the Indian globe trotter is going to explore next! I was just doing some research on India’s place and context in global travel market. It was a weekend curious itch I indulged in and the insights were pleasant surprise! In the context of PYT, I have always been a very strong cheerleader for India outbound as a market way back from 2013 and I believe its now India’s time to be taken seriously by all the countries who have Tourism as a key contributor to their GDP. Dive into the podcast and listen to what excites me so much about this research study!

  • Ep 12: Review of Bucketlist project year 1 - Breaking the 500 Dive Barrier
    Dec 22 2023

The year began with us 30000 feet up in the air on our way to a tiny little island in the gulf of Thailand. 2023 was the year that saw me trade land legs for fins and trade fleeting breaths for the slow, rhythmic dance of the underwater world. It was the year I embarked on a bucket list dream, logging an inconceivable 500 dives and etching 25,000 minutes of my life onto the beautiful terrains of the ocean floor.

This isn't just a review of a year; it's a chronicle of an obsession, a testament to the transformative power of the sea. It's a love letter to the weightlessness. It's a story of discovery, of pushing boundaries, of confronting fears and emerging, gills not included, a little more whole. So, grab your mask, adjust your fins, and let's dive into the extraordinary, the exhilarating, the utterly unforgettable year that was 2023, the year I traded the land for the sea.

  • EP 11: Travellers on Trial: A Candid Conversation about Cancel Culture
    Dec 15 2023

The current generation has grown up with the internet as their playground and social media as their megaphone. They're digitally savvy, incredibly aware of social issues, and unafraid to call out injustices and demand change. This has also sowed the seeds for cancel culture and it has become deeply ingrained in our online lives.

in today’s cancel culture dominated by agendas and narratives, you are being conditioned to think a certain types of travel is not cool. But is that right? Who decides what is right and wrong when it comes to travel?

I am going to talk about 5 hotly debated and cancelled trends in travel and its merits. This is probably the first time I am talking a very opinionated stand on a public forum which is unlike me. However I will just try normalizing some of the cancel culture topics and hopefully not cancel the folks who are against this
