  • "Faith & Fitness: Sustainable Wellness Talk Part 2" with Brandon Baker & Kevin Baca
    Jul 30 2025

    About Episode

In this powerful and practical episode, we sit down with Kevin Baca, a former bodybuilder and coach, and Brandon Baker, a local pastor, to explore what it really means to walk sustainably in both faith and fitness. From the weight room to the prayer room, these two men share the unique journeys that have shaped their approach to holistic health — mind, body, and spirit.

Kevin opens up about how his years in bodybuilding taught him discipline, resilience, and the importance of listening to your body. Now as a coach, he helps others pursue physical goals without losing sight of their deeper purpose. Brandon brings the spiritual perspective, offering insight into how faith can fuel not just motivation, but a lasting lifestyle rooted in identity and grace rather than performance.

Together, they unpack how to stay consistent without burning out, how to balance spiritual and physical goals, and why sustainable progress matters more than short-term gains. Whether you're a believer trying to get fit or a fitness buff looking for deeper meaning, this conversation is for you.
