We talk about recognizing subtle signals, connecting with animals at their natural frequency, and how forcing it or overthinking can actually block the flow of information. Instead, it's about allowing, trusting, and understanding that everyone's intuitive journey is unique. We also explore how playing, practicing, and having fun is key to growing your abilities — it’s not about being perfect, it’s about being yourself.
