    In this episode, we dive into a question we hear all the time: How do I build my own intuition? Many people feel like they aren't intuitive, but the truth is — we all are, and it can feel very different for each of us. We share how the animals help guide us, sending messages constantly when we learn to trust and listen. We talk about recognizing subtle signals, connecting with animals at their natural frequency, and how forcing it or overthinking can actually block the flow of information. Instead, it's about allowing, trusting, and understanding that everyone's intuitive journey is unique.
