Miriam Hussey worked as a qualified pharmacist for 10 years, but she always had a passion for holistic health and wellness. She spoke to us about the importance of your mind and your soul in healing your body and how our lifestyle impacts our health.

She explained why it's good to cry sometimes and what you can do in your day to help you on the right path.

Miriam is a leading health and wellness figure in Ireland and a founder of Soul Space with her husband Gerry, but she's had to step back and turn down huge opportunities in order to focus on her own priorities and her family. She spoke to us about that decision and how even now she's still not sure what's next for her.

Actor Ger Jordan joined us this week and as the weather starts to get cooler he reminisced with us about collecting and the Halloween celebrations that were more like The Purge growing up in O'Devaney Gardens.
