    Nov 20 2025

This week, we get honest about our quarter-life crises. From career dissatisfaction and “What am I even doing?” spirals to the weirdness of getting older and navigating mental health, we open up about everything that’s been weighing on us. By the end, we each share three things that have changed for the better in the last year, reminding ourselves (and you) that even when life feels stagnant, growth is still happening in small, quiet ways. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your path, this episode is your reminder that you’re not alone.

  • The Toll of the Scroll: "TikTok Has Given Me Insecurities I Didn't Know I Had"
    Nov 13 2025

In this episode, we trace the evolution of social media — from the days of posting for our friends to the era of endless scrolling and algorithmic validation. What once connected us now often leaves us comparing ourselves to people we’ve never met. We talk about how TikTok shifted everything — the rise of unrealistic beauty standards, the pressure to perform, and the exhaustion of being an artist in a world that demands constant content.

But it’s not all doom and gloom. We close with real, practical ways to quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and reclaim your peace in the digital age.

  • The Life of a Music Theatre Major: with Andrew Stevens Purdy
    Nov 6 2025

This week, our friend and Broadway performer Andrew Stevens Purdy joins us for a nostalgic deep dive into The Life of a Music Theatre Major.

A decade after first stepping onto Elon University’s campus, we rewind to those nerve-wracking college auditions, the excitement of getting in, and what made us choose Elon in the first place. We talk about the highs, the hardships, and the chaos that comes with a music theatre degree — a college experience that’s anything but typical.

We also open up about what it was like graduating in 2020, how the pandemic flipped our plans upside down, and the lessons we’ve learned since — both in art and in life. Andrew shares his journey from those college days to The Book of Mormon on Broadway, where he’s now three years and nearly 1,200 performances in.

It’s a nostalgic conversation about the unpredictable path of chasing your dreams.
