    In this episode of Taekwon-Do Theory, we explore the foundational knowledge required for 9th Gup (Yellow Stripe) students.

    We begin with the core movements, Saju Jurugi (four-directional punch) and Saju Maki (four-directional block), which form the technical base of early Taekwon-Do training.

    From there, we break down the Student Oath and the Five Tenets of Taekwon-Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.

    We also examine the definition of Taekwon-Do.

    Finally, we cover essential dojang etiquette and protocols, reinforcing the importance of respect, discipline, and proper conduct in training.
