As Luke, Grant, Terry, and Dr. Calder prepare for their final push toward the heart of the facility, reality itself begins to unravel around them. Increasingly intact roads, seemingly sentient fog, and haunting horrors test their physical and mental limits as they fight their way toward the source of the dimensional breach. But, what begins as a tactical mission quickly turns personal as Luke feels a strange pull toward the tear — and begins to remember things he probably shouldn’t. With the team splitting up to activate a failsafe system embedded in the facility’s geometric design, the stakes are higher than ever. Reality is collapsing, time is running out, and something — or someone — is waiting just on the other side.
