  • Strong Bones, Strong Women: Essential Tips for Optimal Bone Health

    In this episode I dive deep into an often overlooked but crucial aspect of women's health: bone health. Join me as we explore the unique challenges women face when it comes to maintaining strong, healthy bones throughout their lives.

    I'll discuss the importance of bone health, the risk factors for osteoporosis, and the role diet and lifestyle play in bone density.
