    About My Guest: Leanna is a trauma-informed Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with all ages of clients as well as couples at Renew Relationship Counseling in Springville. She has a vast understanding of the nervous system and she takes a somatic approach to mental wellness in her therapy. Leanna is trained in several body-based techniques and modalities including Evidence-Based EFT tapping, Brainspotting, Advanced Brainspotting for children and teens, Somatic Breathwork, EMDR and play therapy techniques. She loves to educate others on the window of tolerance and coping skills that support nervous system regulation and is passionate about helping families change patterns and break cycles using these tools.
