    Welcome to the very first episode of Strength for Generations.

    This podcast is more than a place to talk about health. It is a mission to help families build strength, energy, connection, and health that lasts for generations.

    In this episode, I share my story and how God led me to start this podcast.

    I open up about who I am, who my family is, and why this calling matters so deeply to me.

    You’ll hear about my husband Mike and how his diabetes diagnosis changed everything for our family. Health stopped being about workouts or appearance and became about stewardship, responsibility, and legacy.

    I also share my own lifelong struggles with body image and hormones. The years of dieting, chasing fixes, and feeling at war with my body. How that impacted my confidence as a wife, a mom, and a woman trying to live out God’s calling.

    We talk honestly about marriage seasons that felt heavy. Parenting days that felt overwhelming. Moments where health, finances, and life all collided at once.

    But through it all, God never wasted the pain.

    He used every struggle to remind me that our story was never just about us. It was about bringing hope to other families. It was about being real, not perfect. It was about walking through hard things with God and coming out stronger.

    I share why this podcast exists. Why I chose depth over distraction. And why building strength for generations matters now more than ever.
